Q:   Can you write message on the cake?

A:   Yes we do write message on the cake upon request. You may leave your messages to us at the “Checkout” page, under the “Order Notes” column.

Q:   Will knife and candles provided for the cake?

A:   Yes, knife and candle will be provided for all cakes order. You may request for the number of candles at the Checkout page.

For custom cake order, we provide you 1 complimentary firework candle but subject to stock availability.

Q:   How long can I keep my cake & pastry?

A:   As all our products do not contain preservation, cakes are best consumed within 3 days, chocolate to consume within 1 week, while cookies to consume within 3 weeks.

For all cakes & pastry that contains dairy (example: cakes, cupcakes, chocolate, macaron), it is required to keep in fridge  (2°c – 6°c) for any overnite storage. 

For ice cream based product, it is required to keep in freezer (below 0°c)

Cookies can be kept in room temperature but away from direct heat, humidity and sunlight.
