11.11 Terms & Conditions

1. All purchase are valid until 11.11.2021

2. Designs are as per picture and no customisations are allowed.

3. Flower colours may vary depending on availibility.

4. In any event you would like to postpone the cake, please Whatsapp us at +60126891470 3 days in advance to inform on the changes.

5. All purchases are strictly non-refundable.

6. Earliest delivery/pickup is at 10am.

7. For delivery exceeding 1 location, kindly update us on Whatsapp at +60126891470 on the other delivery locations.

8. Free delivery is only for purchases of RM100 and above to 1 location for KL and PJ area only. 

9. Picture shown are for illustration purpose only, actual cake may vary slightly in colour and design as all cakes are handmade.

10. For any upgrades or changes of the promotion cakes purchased, there will be additional charges.

11. Cakes will be ready according to the required preparation day and the selected date for pick up/delivery.

12. If any event you have dropped us a message on Whatsapp, our team will need a turn-around-time of minimum 8-12 hours to reply to your queries.

13. Our replies on Whatsapp will be strictly from 10am - 8pm ONLY.
